Keep the team connected
Chat, calls, email and notices in the same place as the work.
- One-to-one and group chat with audio and video calls, so a question about a shift or a pay run does not leave the app.
- Individual chat messages can be translated in the app, useful for a mixed-language team.
- Company notices with acknowledgements, and an email inbox where each person connects their own existing mailbox. Only they can read it.
AI helps in two places. If a company switches on AI safety scanning (it is off until an owner turns it on), the subject and text of emails sent through Veridox and the text of chat messages are checked for workplace risk, and only flagged items are kept. Each person also gets dashboard suggestions. Analysis runs through a third-party AI model provider under our data processing terms.

Invite people by email. Each person lands in the right portal for their role: owner, admin, HR, manager, supervisor or employee.
Complete a useful task
Clock in for the day, approve a leave request, or prepare a sample pay run. The Help Center walks through each one.

What is Veridox?
Veridox is all-in-one HR and workforce software: attendance with location-aware clock-in, payroll, leave and multi-level approvals, KPIs and performance, recruitment and onboarding, team chat with audio and video calls, email, anonymous whistleblowing, and optional AI email-risk monitoring. One login for owners, HR, managers and employees.
How much does Veridox cost?
One flat price for your whole company, set by team size and storage, never per seat. Every feature is on every plan. Plans are paid one month at a time or for a 6, 12 or 24-month term (prices are quoted per month; longer terms cost less per month). Starter covers up to 15 people from $33 a month on a 24-month term, Growth up to 50 people, Business up to 150 people, and larger companies get a quote. Companies registered in Nigeria can pay in Naira, and every other company pays in US dollars for now. Start free with no card required.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Companies with up to 5 people get every feature free for 3 months, with no card required. When the 3 months end there is a 7-day grace period, then the workspace locks until you choose a paid plan. Your data is kept and carries straight over.
Does Veridox handle payroll for my country?
Payroll is configurable for any country: statutory deductions, reliefs and tax bands are fully editable, with ready-made starting presets for 21 countries, including Nigeria, Ghana, Côte d'Ivoire, Tanzania, Uganda and Cameroon. Any other country starts from a blank setup you fill in. A company can run separate payrolls per country. A preset calculates pay; it does not file returns or send payments for you.
What languages does Veridox support?
The product is available in six languages: English, French, Nigerian Pidgin, Swahili, Chinese and Amharic. Separately, individual chat messages can be translated in the app for mixed-language teams.
Is my company's data safe?
Every company's data is isolated by row-level security enforced in the database itself, so one workspace can never read another's. Access is role-based, changes are recorded in an audit trail, and our security practices are published on the Trust & security page. We follow GDPR and NDPA principles in how data is handled; we do not hold a third-party certification.
Does the AI read my team's emails?
Only if your company switches it on. AI safety scanning is off until an owner turns it on. Then the subject and text of emails sent through Veridox, and the text of chat messages, are checked by a third-party AI model for risks such as harassment or data leaving the company, and only flagged items are kept. Separately, mailboxes connected to Veridox are scored by fixed rules, not AI, on message details such as timing and attachments. Analysis runs under our data processing terms, and people see a notice in chat while scanning is on.
Can my team use Veridox on their phones?
Yes. Veridox is an installable web app that works on Android, iPhone, Windows and Mac. There is no app store download: add it from your browser and it runs like a native app, including alerts for approvals, tasks and messages. Employees can clock in, request leave, file timesheets and chat from any device.
How do I get set up?
Create your workspace, invite your team by email so each person gets the right portal for their role, then do one useful thing: run attendance for the day, approve a leave request, or prepare a sample pay run. Setup guides are in the Help Center; no IT team is needed.
