Appoint whistleblower reviewers

Choose who can read confidential safety reports.

Whistleblower reports are confidential. By default the owner and HR can review them; you can also appoint specific people as confidential reviewers. Reviewers are managed by the owner and HR.

Steps

  1. Open the reviewers panel - In Settings -> Company, find "Whistleblower reviewers" (visible to owner/HR).
  2. Appoint reviewers - Add the people you trust to handle reports confidentially.
  3. They get access - Appointed reviewers see a Whistleblower review surface to read and respond to reports.

Tips

  • Keep the reviewer list small and trusted - they see confidential report details.
  • Reviewers never learn who submitted a report; identities are never recorded.
