Veridox is built so that your company's HR, payroll and workforce data stays private, isolated and under your control. Here is how we protect it.
Per-company data isolation
Every company's data is separated at the database level with PostgreSQL Row-Level Security. A signed-in user can only ever read or write rows that belong to a company they are an active member of - one company can never see another's data.
Encryption
All traffic is encrypted in transit with HTTPS/TLS, and data is encrypted at rest by our infrastructure providers.
Role-based access & audit trail
Owners control who can view, create, edit and delete across policies, payroll, employees, settings and billing. Sensitive actions are recorded in a tamper-resistant, owner-only audit log.
Your data rights & deletion
You can export your company's data and request erasure at any time. When a company is deleted we run a 60-day recovery window before permanent purge. Our handling is aligned with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and the GDPR. See our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
AI safety
AI features are designed for safety, not surveillance. Your data is not used to train third-party models, and AI usage is metered and capped on the free plan.
Reliability
Automated backups and error monitoring keep the platform dependable, with a documented recovery process.
