The management Time Tracking page opens with a live board answering "who is working right now?" - who is clocked in, hours worked today, and office vs off-site. It refreshes itself every 30 seconds. Managers see their direct reports; owners, admins and HR see everyone.
Steps
- Open Time Tracking - Choose Time Tracking in the management sidebar. The live board sits at the top.
- Read the board - Each person shows their clock-in time, hours so far and whether they are at the office or off-site. Owners/admins/HR also get a "Not clocked in today" card.
- Spot exceptions - Off-site clock-ins show the reason the person added.
- Check a person's record - Open anyone's profile (People -> the person) to see their attendance record: lateness this week and month, absences, and recent day-by-day entries.
Tips
- Set an accurate office pin in Settings so on-site detection is reliable.
- Line managers also receive one daily summary notification when reports are late or absent.
