Your free trial and choosing a plan
How the 3-month free trial works, and what happens when it ends.

Every new company gets the complete Veridox product free for 3 months - every feature, for your whole team, with no card required. Here is how the trial works and how to keep your workspace running after it.
Steps
- What you get - The whole product for up to 5 people for 3 months: payroll, leave, attendance, KPIs, chat, documents, the confidential safety channel - everything, not a cut-down version.
- A friendly countdown - In the last two weeks of the trial, a banner appears at the top of your workspace showing how many days are left, with a "Choose a plan" button. You also get reminder notifications.
- A 7-day grace period - When the 3 months end, you keep full access for another 7 days with a reminder to choose a plan - so nothing stops working overnight.
- After the grace period - If no plan is chosen, the workspace pauses: you (the owner) see a "Choose a plan" screen, and your team sees a short "workspace paused" note. Your data is completely safe.
- Choose a plan any time - Go to Settings -> Billing, pick a term (6, 12 or 24 months) and a tier, and pay. Access returns for everyone the moment the payment is confirmed - nothing is lost.
Tips
- Your data is never deleted - pausing only restricts access, and everything comes back the instant you subscribe.
- Choose a plan before the trial ends to avoid any pause at all.
- Comped partner accounts are not affected by the trial - they keep their granted plan.
