Manage your plan, billing and storage
View your plan, upgrade, add storage and manage your subscription.

The Billing tab in Settings is where you see your current plan, seats used, storage allowance and all included features. You can upgrade to a higher tier, add storage blocks, downgrade or cancel - all from one page. New companies start on a 3-month free trial (see "Your free trial and choosing a plan").
Steps
- Open Billing - Go to Settings -> Billing. Your current plan, seat usage, storage usage and support level are shown at the top.
- Upgrade or change plan - Choose a billing term (6, 12 or 24 months) and pick a tier (Starter, Growth, Business or Enterprise). Enterprise requires contacting sales. Confirm to open the payment checkout.
- Add storage - Paid plans can buy extra storage in 50 GB blocks. Choose how many blocks and confirm. The add-on rides your plan's billing term.
- Downgrade or cancel - Paid plans can switch to a lower tier or cancel entirely. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period. You can undo a pending change by clicking "Keep my current plan".
- After payment - On returning from the payment page, Veridox verifies the transaction and shows a success, pending or failed banner. Your plan updates once the payment is confirmed.
Tips
- Every plan includes the same full set of features - the differences are seat bands, storage and support level.
- Cancelling never deletes your data - it is kept safe, and you can choose a plan again at any time to restore full access.
- Use the "View all plans" link to jump straight down to the plan chooser, where you can compare plans and switch without leaving your workspace.
