Chat one-to-one and in groups
Message colleagues without a separate tool.

Veridox has built-in messaging, so you do not need a separate chat app. On a computer, Messages shows a two-panel layout - your conversation list on the left and the open chat on the right; on phones the chat opens full-screen with a back arrow.
Steps
- Open Messages - Choose Messages in the sidebar.
- Start a direct chat - Tap the new-chat (pencil) icon at the top of the list, search for a colleague, and message, email, voice-call or video-call them right from the result. You can also start one from their directory profile.
- Create a group - Tap the group icon to make a group conversation for a team or project and add members.
- Find a chat - Use "Search chats" at the top of the list to jump to a conversation by name.
- Send and reply - Type your message and send; conversations stay in your Messages list.
Tips
- The directory "Message" action drops you straight into a chat with that person.
