See a colleague's profile card
Tap a name to message, call, or note them.

Tap anyone's name or picture in a chat to open a quick profile card with their key details and one-tap actions.
Steps
- Open the card - Tap a sender's name or avatar in any conversation.
- Reach them in one tap - Use Message, Voice call or Video call at the top of the card.
- See their details - The card shows their employee number, department, email, phone and a link to view their schedule.
- Add a private alias & note - Under "Alias & notes", choose Edit to set a private nickname and note about them. Only you can see these, and the nickname shows in place of their name for you.
Tips
- Your alias and notes are private to your account - nobody else, not even an owner or admin, can see them.
