Your company link - share it with every employee
One branded link is how ALL your staff sign in - keep it somewhere easy to find.

Your company link (veridoxspace.com/your-company) is THE sign-in door for your whole team. It opens a page branded with your company name, logo and colours. Every employee needs this link to access Veridox - save it, share it often, and pin it somewhere your team can always find it.
Steps
- Find your link - Go to Settings -> Company and look for "Your company link". It shows your full branded URL.
- Copy and share it - Use Copy to grab the URL, then send it to your whole team by email, WhatsApp, or Slack. Put it in your employee handbook too - people may need it months later.
- Download the QR code - Click "Show QR Code" next to your link, then "Download QR" to save an SVG file. Print it and put it on the noticeboard, in the break room, or on employee welcome letters so staff can scan and sign in instantly.
- Sign in with Staff ID - Employees who find their email hard to type can use their Staff ID instead. On your company sign-in page they click "Sign in with Staff ID instead", enter their ID (e.g. EMP0003) and password.
Tips
- Keep this link somewhere permanent - your employees will need it whenever they change devices or clear their browser.
- The QR code is ideal for physical onboarding packs, lanyards, and office notices.
- Staff IDs are set automatically - employees can see their own ID from their profile page.
