Connect a mailbox
Add a work mailbox to read and send inside Veridox.

Connect any work mailbox that supports IMAP - Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo or your own company domain - to read and send mail inside Veridox. Your sign-in is verified by a real login and stored securely server-side; this surface never sees it again.
Steps
- Open your email - Employees: Workspace -> My Email. Owners/managers: the Email item in the sidebar. Choose "Connect mailbox".
- Pick your provider - Choose your provider preset; Veridox fills in the IMAP host and port for you.
- Enter your credentials - For Gmail/Outlook with 2-step verification, create an "app password" and paste that (not your normal password).
- Connect - Veridox verifies the login, then stores it securely. Your mail starts to sync.
Tips
- Use an app password where your provider offers one - it is safer and required when 2-step verification is on.
- You can connect a mailbox on any provider that speaks IMAP, including your own company domain.
