Use the company directory

Find colleagues, roles and teams at a glance.

The directory lists everyone in the company with their role, position and team, so it is easy to find and reach colleagues.

Steps

1. Open the Directory - Employees: use the Directory item in the sidebar. Owners/managers: HR -> People tab -> Directory.
2. Search and browse - Look someone up by name, or scan by department.
3. Open a profile - See their position and contact details, and start a chat.

Tips

• Profile photos and positions make the directory far more useful - encourage people to complete them.
