I did not get my email code

What to do when a verification or reset code is missing.

Codes for sign-up verification and password reset arrive by email within a minute or two. If yours has not arrived, here is how to fix it.

Steps

1. Check spam and junk - The email can land in your spam, junk or promotions folder.
2. Confirm the address - Make sure you used the right email. On the reset screen you can switch to a different email.
3. Resend - Use the Resend option. There is a short countdown between resends to avoid duplicates.
4. Wait and retry - Codes are time-limited; if one expired, resend to get a fresh code.

Tips

• Add the Veridox sender to your contacts so future codes are not filtered.
