Privacy: who can see what

How roles and the safety channel protect privacy.

Veridox limits sensitive areas to the right people, and the safety channel is built to protect anonymity.

Steps

1. Payslips - You only ever see your own payslips; payroll itself is owner/admin only.
2. Payroll and Settings - Company Settings and payroll are limited to owners and admins.
3. Safety reports - Reports are visible only to the owner, HR and appointed reviewers - and reporter identities are never recorded.
4. Mailbox monitoring - Only message headers and attachment details are stored, never message bodies; employees consent to monitoring of their mailbox.
