If files appear in Spam in Google Drive
Google may put files shared by Veridox in Spam. Open them from Veridox.

Veridox shares company files with you quietly, without Google emails. Some Google accounts, mostly personal Gmail accounts, then put your folder or files in Spam in Google Drive instead of "Shared with me". Your access still works.
Steps
- Open your files from Veridox - Open the document from Docs in Veridox. It opens normally, even when Google Drive lists it under Spam.
- Optional: move it out of Spam - If you also want to see it in Google Drive, open Spam in Google Drive, select the item and choose "Not spam".
Tips
- Google may show a "This file is currently in spam" banner on top of the document. You can keep working.
- Items inside a folder that is in Spam can look empty in Google Drive. Veridox still shows them.
- Companies that connect people with work Google accounts on their own domain see this less often.
