Some companies on Google Workspace block outside apps. If Google says Veridox is blocked when you connect, your Google administrator can allow Veridox once for the whole company.
Steps
- Tell your Google administrator - Ask the person who manages your company's Google Workspace to allow Veridox.
- Allow Veridox in the Google Admin console - In the Google Admin console they open Security -> API controls -> App access control and allow Veridox.
- Connect again - Go back to Veridox and connect your Google account again.
Tips
- Veridox only asks Google for access to the files it creates or opens for you, and your email address.
