Connect integrations

Link Veridox with your company’s own systems using API keys and webhooks.

The Integrations tab is where you connect your company’s own systems to Veridox. API keys let other software read your Veridox data, and webhooks tell it when something changes.

Steps

  1. Open the Integrations tab - Go to Settings -> Integrations.
  2. Create an API key - Under API access, name the key, choose what it can read, and create it. Copy the key straight away: it is shown only once.
  3. Add a webhook - Under Webhooks, enter the address of your system and pick the events it should hear about. Send a test to check it arrives.

Tips

  • Integrations are owner/admin only.
  • For email and team chat, use Veridox’s own Email and Messages.
  • Google Docs is on the first card of Settings -> Integrations. See "Connect your company Google account".
