How monthly KPI scorecards work

Configure once, score monthly, finalise to lock.

Veridox uses monthly KPI scorecards. Owners/HR configure the scorecard sections and weights once; each month managers score their people; finalising locks the month and produces an overall percentage.

Steps

1. Open KPIs - Go to HR -> Compensation & Performance tab, then scroll to the KPIs section. It has Score and Configure sub-tabs.
2. Configure (owner/HR) - Define the scorecard sections, their weights and maximums.
3. Score (managers) - Each month, score each person against the sections.
4. Finalise - Lock the month to produce the final percentage.

Tips

• The finalised monthly % can feed a performance bonus in payroll.
