What mailbox monitoring stores (and the consent model)

Veridox can watch communication patterns for risk - but it only ever stores message headers and attachment details, never the contents. Storing nothing sensitive, owners and HR can still spot risks like after-hours file transfers. Monitoring an employee mailbox follows a clear consent model.
Steps
- What is stored - Only headers (who, when, subject) and attachment metadata - never the body of any message.
- What is shown - Owners/HR see volume and patterns, such as who sends files and when, so problems surface early.
- Consent for employee mailboxes - A mailbox carries a consent status - pending, granted, declined and so on - and the employee can grant or withdraw consent.
- You stay in control - You can withdraw consent on your own mailbox; declined or withdrawn mailboxes are not monitored.
Tips
- Message bodies are only ever fetched live when you open them - they are never stored.
- The credentials you connect are verified once and kept server-side; the app never shows them again.
