Turn message sounds on or off

Control the new-message notification sound.

Veridox plays a soft sound when a new chat message arrives. It is on by default, and you can mute it from Settings - the choice is saved on your device.

Steps

1. Open Settings - Open Settings from your account menu (owners/admins/managers/HR) or your profile button (employees).
2. Go to Notifications - On the Preferences tab you'll find a Notifications section with a "Message sounds" switch.
3. Toggle the sound - Turn the switch off to mute new-message sounds, or on to hear them again.

Tips

• The setting is per device, so muting on your phone doesn't mute your computer.
