View your KPI scorecard

See how you are measured and how you scored.

My KPIs shows your monthly performance scorecard - the areas you are measured on and how you scored once a manager finalises it.

Steps

1. Open My KPIs - Choose My KPIs in the sidebar.
2. Pick a month - Select the month you want to view.
3. Read your scorecard - See each scored area and your overall percentage for the month.

Tips

• A finalised KPI percentage can drive your performance bonus in payroll.
