See your team (managers)

My Team gives managers a focused view of the people who report to them - handy for approvals, KPI scoring and day-to-day oversight.

Steps

  1. Open My Team - Go to HR -> People tab -> My Team.
  2. Review your reports - See the people who report to you and their key details.
  3. Act from here - Jump to approvals or KPI scoring for your team members.

Tips

  • Who appears here is driven by the reporting manager set on each employee.
