Pin important chats to the top
Keep key conversations at the top of your list.

Pin the conversations you use most so they always sit at the top of your Messages list. Pinning is personal - it only changes your own list, not anyone else's.
Steps
- Open the chat menu - In your conversation list, choose the "..." (more) button on the chat you want to pin.
- Pin to top - Choose "Pin to top". The chat jumps to the top with a small pin marker and a soft highlight.
- Unpin later - Open the same "..." menu and choose "Unpin" to return the chat to its normal position.
Tips
- You can pin several chats; the most recently pinned sits highest.
