Everyone in Veridox has a profile - owners, managers and employees alike. It holds your name, photo and contact details, and (for staff) onboarding details such as ID, qualifications and bank/payment info used by payroll. This overview shows where to find it and what to expect.
Steps
- Find your profile - Open your account menu (your avatar, top-right) and choose Settings / Profile.
- Keep contact details current - You can always update editable fields like phone and address.
- Complete onboarding once - New staff complete a one-time onboarding (ID, qualifications, bank details); some identity fields lock after you submit.
- Your photo - The profile photo you upload appears across the app next to your name.

- Owners and managers have a profile too - a complete profile builds trust across the team.
