Reset a forgotten password

Get a code by email and set a new password.

If you forget your password, you can reset it yourself from the sign-in page using a code sent to your email.

Steps

  1. Open the Forgot Password tab - On the sign-in page, switch to the "Forgot Password" tab.
  2. Request a code - Enter your email and choose Send code. A 6-digit reset code is emailed to you.
  3. Enter the code and a new password - Type the code and a new password (at least 6 characters), then submit.
  4. Sign in - Once it is updated, return to the Sign in tab - your email is pre-filled - and sign in with the new password.

Tips

  • Check your spam folder if the code is slow to arrive, or use Resend.
  • You can switch to a different email from the code screen if you typed the wrong one.
