What locks after you submit (and what stays editable)

To keep official records trustworthy, Veridox locks certain fields once you submit your onboarding. Other details stay editable so you can keep them current.
Steps
- Locked after submit - Identity and core records (such as your government ID and bank details) lock so they cannot be quietly changed later.
- Still editable - Everyday contact details - like your phone number - remain editable from your profile.
- Need a locked field changed? - Ask your HR or admin; they can update your employee record.
Tips
- Double-check locked fields before submitting - it saves a request to HR later.
