Submit an anonymous report
Speak up safely - your identity is never recorded.

The whistleblower channel lets any company member raise a concern anonymously. Veridox never records who submitted a report - there is deliberately no "your details" field. On success you get a one-time case code to check back.
Steps
- Open Whistleblower - Choose the Whistleblower item in your sidebar.
- Describe the concern - Pick a category, add a subject and details. You can optionally name people involved and attach evidence images.
- Leave contact (optional) - You may add a contact detail if you want, but it is entirely optional - leaving it blank keeps you anonymous.
- Submit and save your code - After submitting, copy the case code shown once. You will need it to check status or reply.
Tips
- Your name, email and identity are never stored - only a salted hash of your case code is kept.
- Save your case code somewhere safe; it is shown only once and is the only way back to your report.
