Read the Workforce Health dashboard
A read-only oversight view with live alerts for coverage, attendance, leave and productivity.

Workforce Health gives owners, admins and HR a single at-a-glance picture of how the team is doing. It only reads existing data - it never changes anything - and every tile links to the feature behind it.
Steps
- Open it - Choose Workforce Health in the sidebar. Four alert tiles sit at the top: Coverage, Attendance, Leave volume and Productivity. A tile turns amber or red when it crosses a threshold.
- Follow an alert - Click a tile to jump to the feature it draws from - Coverage -> Leave, Attendance -> Time tracking, Leave volume -> Approvals, Productivity -> KPIs.
- Check coverage and upcoming leave - The Coverage-by-department list and the Upcoming-leave list are clickable - open a department or a person's profile directly.
- Read the productivity breakdown - See the blended score split into Attendance, Timesheets, KPI and Tasks components.
- Tune the thresholds (owner/admin) - Press Adjust to change the numbers that trigger each alert, so they fit your company.
Tips
- This dashboard is read-only oversight - nothing here edits payroll, leave or anyone's record.
- If everything is green, no action is needed; amber and red are where to look.
