When a manager recognises your work it is recorded as a reward - sometimes with a cash value that your owner/admin can add to your pay as a one-time bonus. Here is how to see what you have received.
Steps
- Watch your notifications - You are notified when recognition or a reward is recorded for you.
- Check your payslip - A reward sent to payroll shows as a one-time earning on the relevant payslip (Workspace -> Payslips).
- Ask your manager or HR - Your manager or HR can tell you about recognition recorded for you and any cash value attached.
Tips
- Not every reward carries cash - the recognition itself is a positive record of your work.
- If you are leaving, your manager/HR records the exit and any final settlement is paid through payroll.
